Pre-A1 - Introductory - Complete Beginners In Arabic

In this level, you’ll learn Arabic for beginners, focusing on basic Arabic conversation. You will master skills such as introducing yourself, saying where you’re from, and where you live. You’ll also learn how to locate a city within a country, describe everyday actions and objects, name a few professions, count to 10, and talk about your close family.
You’ll explore the foundations of the Arabic language for beginners’ grammar, such as differentiating between nominal and verbal sentences and breaking them down for better understanding. You’ll also learn to conjugate simple verbs in the present and future tenses for the five singular personal pronouns, study basic declensions and possessives, and familiarize yourself with fundamental grammatical terms like verb, subject, and sentence. Additionally, you’ll uncover the mystery of solar and lunar letters!

If grammar is not your cup of tea, no need to worry. Our method emphasizes oral expression, ensuring that learning Arabic for beginners remains engaging and practical. Unless you specifically request more emphasis on grammar, it plays a minor—but essential—role, helping you understand the language’s structure and quickly become autonomous in reading and listening comprehension.
Writing skills are introduced gradually, making this course ideal for those new to learning Arabic for beginners. You’ll learn the Arabic alphabet step by step and practice reading with and without short vowels. Writing exercises will be included both during and between lessons to help you memorize letters and vocabulary. However, the primary focus during lessons will remain on oral interaction.

A1 - Breakthrough - Beginners In Arabic

At the start of level A1, as Arabic beginners, you already know the alphabet and the basic Arabic words used in everyday life. You are ready for a proper start in Arabic. You will now learn how to express what you like and talk about your daily life, seasons, weather, and clothing. You will also learn to describe your house and places in the city, tell the time and days of the week, describe your meals, and manage situations at a restaurant, train station, hotel, or while filling out a form.
In grammar, you will discover adjective agreement, impersonal negation of nominal sentences, plural forms (nouns, adjectives, verbs), the dual form, ordinal numbers, attached pronouns, future negation, the particle “when” always followed by a verbal sentence, and the masdar (verbal noun).
A2 - Waystage - Our Last Arabic Beginner Level
100 to 120 hours
1,5 hours twice a week
16-lesson sessions for €330 (€13.75 per hour)
At the A2 level, you will learn with the help of a tutor in Arabic language how to talk about your holidays, write a postcard, describe a person, manage situations in a clothing store or at the doctor’s office, share your thoughts about a movie and the emotions it evoked, talk about your extended family, and narrate someone’s life story.
In grammar, you will explore the singular and plural past tense, subordinate clauses, indirect speech, negation in the past, relative pronouns, the subjunctive mood, and irregular verbs.
By the end of the A2 level, you will have completed half of your complete Arabic beginner to intermediate course! You can continue your learning journey by enrolling in the B1 level or taking an intensive Arabic language course.
